Delta Licensed Providers 
At least those providers had an opportunity to voice their concerns or opinions. NO ONE showed up in Vicksburg yesterday. We waited for 30 minutes before we received word that the meeting was cancelled. Why is DHS the only one not getting the message that this system is a complete failure? Yet our tax dollars are steadily supporting this sinking Titanic and we keep accepting this standard. Once we are run out of business our voices are mute!

I do not even know how to respond but to say the very decision to select the finger scan method of payment without meaningful consideration or concern for the impact to private citizens is the conduct demonstrated by this DHS leadership over and over again.
How far did providers travel at their own expense to attend this meeting?
How many providers hired additional help or paid overtime rates in order to attend?
Do you think it may have been cancelled due to flash flooding?
I am stunned that notice was not given in time to prevent such inconvenience to providers. After all, it rained all morning so there should have been ample time to get the message of cancellation out.
