In order to gather information showing the depth of MDH harm to self-employed providers and to provide the representation you wish to see in a full and true Grandfather of Child Care Center Maximum Capacity Regulations, a member of the Mississippi Child Care Advisory Council has asked that the following Maximum Capacity Survey be distributed to you for your immediate completion and return prior to the upcoming August 22, 2014 meeting of the Child Care Advisory Council.
